Dale H. Sander joined Warner and Company in 1997 at its full-service insurance agency Thompson Insurance in Grand Forks, North Dakota after spending 21 years with American West Insurance Company.

Dale is a graduate of Mayville (North Dakota) State University. He obtained his certified insurance counselor (CIC) designation in 1982. Dale specializes in all lines of commercial insurance. He is a member of the Grand Forks Rotary and Sioux Booster Clubs and attends Holy Family Church. He has served on the Agents Advisory Board of the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund. He and his wife, Diane, have two children.
