A “Best Practices” Insurance Agency
The Warner organization is proud to have been recognized in 1999, 2002 and 2005 as a “Best Practices” agency, one of an elite group of independent insurance agencies around the United States. This recognition, given every three years, has been awarded to Warner based on outstanding customer service, growth, stability and financial management.

2007 Agency of the Year Award
The Warner organization was named “North Dakota Agency of the Year” for the fourth year in a row by Acuity, an insurance company based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, with $2 billion in assets. The recognition reflects the professionalism the Warner staff provides to our clients, the industry and our communities.

1998 Agency of the Year Award
Warner and Company was named “Agency of the Year” in 1998 by the Federal Flood Insurance Administration for our participation in flood awareness activities prior to the 1997 flood, and superior service to customers.

The agency maintained full and continuous service to our Fargo and Grand Forks area customers after the flood, which affected customers and employees in both offices. More than 50,000 people from the cities of Grand Forks and East Grand Forks were evacuated. While many employees had their own personal losses to deal with, and our Grand Forks office was a total loss, our staff committed 100% to providing personal attention and service to our customers without interruption.

This clearly demonstrated our personal and corporate commitment to our customers far more than words in a mission statement ever could.
